Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven Mid-Market Sales professional to grow our footprint with growing businesses (20–99 employees). You will drive new logos, lead consultative conversations, and move opportunities through a fast-paced, high-value pipeline using Paychex Flex and HR services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales/marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold calling experience.
• CRM software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline through calls, outreach, networking, partnerships, and follow-ups.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high velocity sales process with small and mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes).
• Own the full sales process from discovery and solutioning to closing
