Job summary

Navan is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant for Expense to scale our expense and corporate card platform. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations to delight clients and exceed goals.

You will help Account Managers expand offerings with current strategic travel accounts, implement the Expense solution, and increase adoption in the Mid-Market segment by merging accounting/finance expertise with Navan Expense platform knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting/finance background with experience with ERP systems integrations.
• 2+ years as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant in a fintech with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Navan expense and payments solution value proposition.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge to implement the Expense solution and demonstrate benefits to clients.
• Apply project management skills to ensure successful client launches.
• Train and uplift Account Management on Navan Expense capabilities to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as voice of expense customers and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product development.
