MaintainX is seeking an Expansion Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive growth by managing and expanding a mid-market customer portfolio. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, including renewal and expansion, while leveraging your B2B sales experience to engage stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.

You will conduct quarterly business reviews, present product demonstrations, and forecast expansion opportunities.

Formación

Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in account management or a similar role within the mid-market segment.
Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
Proficiency in navigating larger deals, understanding complex sales cycles, and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Take a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and present product demonstrations.
Manage multiple tasks: client requests, demos, proposals, follow-ups.
Master our systems like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and others.
Forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities with +/- 15% accuracy.
Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions and progress.
