Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or marketing.
• 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Sales and management competencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve corporate objectives for product lines within district and budget.
• Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet goals; monitor forecasts.
• Identify management candidates and escalate to Zone Manager.
• Budget management and expense reporting oversight.
• Represent the corporation positively to clients and the community.
• Collaborate with branch managers to set mutual objectives.
• Coach and train sales reps in product knowledge and selling skills.
