Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Mid-market team and seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to oversee multi-program engagements (MM T&Os) with a focus on agile governance, risk management and quality outcomes. The role partners with Sales, Solution Architecture, and HR to standardize delivery, build reusable assets, and accelerate value realization across clients.

The position requires extensive experience in client executives and internal leadership, with a track record of driving change and delivering

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience leading delivery for transformation programs and managing complex stakeholder groups.
• 8+ years' experience with delivery governance, risk management, and program planning.
• 8+ years' experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise environments.
• 7–9+ years' experience leading teams and improving delivery performance across onshore/offshore models.
• 5+ years' experience building reusable assets or accelerators to speed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs or engagements, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Drive standardization of delivery methods to improve predictability, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits.
• Support proposal development with delivery approach, governance model, staffing logic, and implementation plan.
• Lead oral sessions and Q&A coordination, aligning messaging across delivery, solution, and commercial commitments.
