Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead for Communications, Media and High-Tech (CMT) to steer delivery on large, complex accounts across a multi-geography model. You will lead a team of product experts, manage technical support escalations, ensure readiness, and drive product/process improvements for superior client outcomes.

Your role requires extensive experience in delivery, client management, and cross-functional collaboration to enable a seamless customer experience across regions.

Qualifications

• 8 years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience.
• 5 years' experience supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); if Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• People Management: lead a team of product experts to solve complex customer technical issues.
• Response and Resolution: manage the customer relationship for Technical Support and escalation for Support Engineers.
• Readiness: ensure team has required technical skills and collaborate with engineering/product teams to fill gaps.
• Product/Process Improvement: communicate customer feedback and drive framework improvements.
• Business Integration: identify opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve customer experience.
