Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead for Communications, Media and High-Tech in the United States. This role leads large, multi-geography projects, develops teams, and serves as escalation for technical issues, ensuring top-tier customer outcomes across a global delivery model.

Travel may be required; candidates should bring 8+ years of delivery/operational experience and a strong client-facing track record. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operational excellence, delivery management, account or vendor experience.
• 5+ years' experience supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product experts, driving accountability and talent retention.
• Manage customer relationships for technical support and escalation at global level.
• Ensure team readiness with required technical skills and collaboration with engineering/product.
• Communicate customer feedback and set standards to drive product/process improvements.
• Identify cross-team collaboration opportunities to enable a great customer experience.
