The Delivery Lead – Communications, Media and High-Tech leads delivery on large, complex accounts in a multi-geography model, guiding teams to resolve issues and improve product and process performance.

Travel flexibility is expected. The role requires 8+ years in delivery and 5+ years supporting CMT clients, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

8+ years in operational excellence or delivery management.
5+ years supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of product experts, solving complex customer technical issues by applying leadership principles.
Manage the customer relationship for Technical Support and act as escalation point for Support Engineers to remove roadblocks.
Ensure team has the technical skills required to provide a great customer experience and collaborate with engineering/product teams to fill gaps.
Communicate aggregated customer feedback and set operational frameworks to drive product and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to collaborate across teams and organizations to enable a great customer experience.
Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business need and client requirements).
