Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Mid-market team in the United States, seeking a Sales and Delivery Lead to oversee delivery execution across multiple programs and support bids. You will partner with Sales and Solution teams to standardize and accelerate delivery, develop reusable assets, and drive faster proposals.

You will manage governance, risk, and staffing across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction while coaching talent and promoting standardization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience leading delivery for transformation programs.
• Experience leading delivery for small and large-scale transformation programs with multi-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery execution across multiple programs or engagements, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Manage planning, delivery governance, escalations, and delivery risk.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, or offerings to improve speed and predictability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits.
• Lead oral sessions when required and coordinate with SMEs for Q&A.
