Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Commercial Risk, to serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers. You will manage commercial programs, renewals, and day-to-day service inquiries with a focus on policy compliance, coverage analysis, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in commercial insurance, a Property & Casualty license, strong communication skills, and experience with renewal workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with renewal workflows and coverage analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact; communicate expectations and recommendations.
• Assess client needs and tailor coverage solutions; evaluate existing programs.
• Lead the renewal process by preparing, analyzing, and presenting coverage options and benchmarking.
• Manage the client service calendar including onboarding, renewals, and policy documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and oversee related filings.
• Liaise with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely service.
• Oversee new client onboarding aligning with Peace of Mind processes.
