The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Commercial Risk, to serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers for commercial programs, renewals, and day-to-day service inquiries.

You will analyze coverage and exposure trends, provide practical guidance on coverage, and strive to drive client satisfaction and retention while delivering a consistent Peace of Mind experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field.
• Current state license required (Property & Casualty).
• 2–4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations to decision-makers and clients.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams or third-party partners is preferred.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact, communicating updates and recommendations.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored coverage solutions.
• Lead the renewal process by presenting options, benchmarking, and exposure analysis.
• Manage the client service calendar including onboarding, renewals, and policy documentation.
• Ensure programs comply with applicable regulations and oversee related filings.
• Liaise with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage policy activity.
• Oversee new client onboarding aligned with the Peace of Mind process.
• Coordinate data needs and maintain high-quality workflows with internal teams.
