Associated Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial middle market clients. The role focuses on delivering high-quality credit and client experience, deepening existing relationships, and driving new business through proactive prospecting and collaboration with internal specialists.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of commercial banking or B2B sales experience, strong credit analysis, and a track record of cross-selling financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years commercial banking or B2B sales experience.
• Strong credit analysis and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of commercial middle market loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and Centers of Influence.
• Cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, wealth, and other non-credit products.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests and credit structures.
