Associated Bank seeks a commercial banking professional to manage a portfolio of relationships, support credit decisions, and strengthen client ties. You will work with Relationship Managers to grow loans, deposits, and fee income while ensuring risk is monitored and aligned with bank policies.

The role involves coordinating due diligence, credit analysis, and collaboration across Treasury Management, Private Banking, and Capital Markets to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CFA certification by start date preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Specialized Banking, or Credit Approval preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to drive legally by the start date.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial information and loan requests to assess credit quality and recommend appropriate structures.
• Manage portfolio risk and ensure relationships follow bank policies, procedures, business strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor borrower financial performance, loan repayment activity, renewals, and overall credit quality.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to serve clients, support new business opportunities, and strengthen existing relationships.
• Coordinate due diligence and credit analysis for new relationships and prepare materials for the loan approval process.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with Treasury Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets, and other bank solutions.
• Support collection efforts and take appropriate action when accounts become past due or repayment concerns arise.
• Represent Associated Bank in community and business activities that strengthen its presence in the local market.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
