Job summary

Profound, the AI marketing platform, seeks an Engagement Manager in NYC to drive the AI search program for a portfolio of 45–55 mid-market customers. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and value realization while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, align with commercial goals, and ensure successful implementations with measurable impact, working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with mid-market customers in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver presentations and demos.
• Self-motivated with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for 45–55 mid-market customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through driving measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.
• Develop and execute white-glove initiatives and scaled strategies to ensure customer health and engagement.
• Become an expert in the AI search space and understand how large language models work.
• Mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover by effectively multi-threading engagements.
• Partner with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges.
