Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, is seeking a Manager, Engagement Management, Scale in NYC to lead and develop a team responsible for driving successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the Profound platform across enterprise customers.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale operations, own retention and expansion metrics, and design scalable playbooks while recruiting and coaching a high-performing team in NYC.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Customer Success with leadership experience.
• Experience in scaled or programmatic CS and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers focused on the scaled segment.
• Own team-level retention, adoption, and expansion metrics across a large SMB/mid-market base.
• Design and evolve the scaled engagement playbook and lifecycle motions.
