Job summary

Canva is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a hybrid Austin-based role. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and tailor Canva Enterprise solutions to client needs, driving measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate Canva’s Mid-Market growth, build robust pipelines, and maintain accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and self-sourcing skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex deals.
• Confident communicator who engages execs and leads negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales cycle across your Mid-Market territory, from prospecting to close with revenue ownership.
• Proactively generate and nurture a healthy pipeline by targeting high-potential accounts and stakeholders.
• Conduct Discovery to understand goals and map them to Canva Enterprise solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with key executives and decision-makers for fast and structured deals.
• Develop territory plans, forecast accurately, and prioritize time for sustainable growth.
