Canva is seeking an Account Executive for the Canadian market in Austin, TX. You will own the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle, driving MAU growth, onboarding clients, and providing strategic sales support for deployment across departments.

You will analyze usage patterns, test lifecycle strategies, build cross-functional relationships, and reinforce customer transformation strategies to increase retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling into the Canadian market or managing a Canadian-headquartered company.
• Fluency in the broader US sales motion and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of how government and/or healthcare institutions deploy new technology.
• Strong business planning skills to move from planning to implementation.

Excellent collaboration skills with direct and cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of how government and/or healthcare institutions roll out new technology and institution-wide deployments. Effective communication skills to simplify complex ideas and present compelling stories. Strong business planning skills to move from planning to implementation. Growth mindset.
