Job summary

BizBone is seeking two Middle Talent Acquisition professionals to own the full recruitment lifecycle for government contracting roles at the BizBone US Office. You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure federal compliance while delivering strong candidate experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, ATS proficiency, and a proven track record across multi-functional roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Track record filling diverse positions across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tech.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with federal employment regulations and EEO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and industry channels.
• Conduct behavioral interviewing, skills evaluation, and reference checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with federal hiring regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical roles.
• Collaborate on employment branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Analyze metrics and report on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote BizBone.
