Job summary

Relative Dynamics seeks a Mid-Level System Engineer to support USGS ER0S Center projects in a full-time, on-site role in Sioux Falls, SD. You will provide engineering support for satellite ground systems, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system development lifecycle activities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 4–6 years in satellite communications, and US citizenship due to ITAR rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Satellite Communications/Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Satellite Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• US Citizenship due to ITAR requirements.
• Three years of continuous residency in the U.S. for government credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support and maintenance for ground station equipment.
• Provide Satellite Communications systems engineering support for ground-based systems per mission requirements (antennas, RF equipment, ground station).
• Coordinate activities with Systems, Hardware, and Software Engineers and project teams.
