Relative Dynamics seeks a Mid-Level System Engineer in Sioux Falls, SD to support the USGS ERS Center. You will engage in ground station system development and Satellite Communications engineering, working onsite with scientists and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Satellite Communications/Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Satellite Communications Engineering or equivalent experience.
• US Citizenship required due to ITAR requirements.
• Three years of continuous residency in the U.S. for government credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support and maintenance for ground station equipment.
• Deliver Satellite Communications systems engineering to ground-based systems per mission requirements.
• Communicate status with Systems, Hardware, and Software engineers and project team members.
• Conduct systems engineering activities per a Systems Engineering Management Plan.
