Leidos is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site at Naval Support Activity Mid-South in Millington, TN. You will provide direct desk-side support, troubleshoot IT devices, and ensure timely ticket resolution for the customer.

The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, a high-school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent certifications, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• DoD Secret Clearance required.
• HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience or higher education/certifications in lieu of experience.
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage resolution of customer tickets per established SLRs.
• Follow ticket-handling guidelines and ensure timely completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues.
• Address local and networked MFDs, printers, and related hardware.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex issues.
