Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to cover Western Oregon and Western Washington, including Seattle. You will grow a $3M territory by building strong distributor and contractor relationships, and drive revenue across metal roofing and wall panel solutions for residential, commercial, and agricultural markets.

You will train customers, support pull-through initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building materials, metal roofing, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Understanding of dealer/distribution channels highly preferred.
• Experience with estimating, project management, inside sales, or customer-facing construction support roles valued.
• Strong relationship-building skills with commitment to consistent customer follow-up.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow territory, managing a ~$3M book and expanding market share.
• Develop partnerships with distributors, dealers, and lumber yards.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell metal roofing, wall panels, trims, and accessories across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets.
• Support product training and contractor pull-through initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, branch leadership, estimating, and customer support teams.
