Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Regional Manager for the MidAtlantic region (MD, DC, VA) to drive indirect distributor sales in the Spine/Biologics portfolio. You will recruit, train, and manage distributors and hospital accounts while collaborating with the direct sales team to capture leads and close opportunities.

With 8+ years in medical device sales and proven distribution leadership, you will present clinical data to clinicians, support product approvals, and travel as required to support partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Science; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Medical Device industry experience.
• 5 years of related experience in orthopedics/surgical distribution management.
• Ability to present clinical data.
• Experience leading sales distribution or regional sales teams.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements/contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work with Director of Sales to develop existing and new business opportunities.
• Support recruitment, training, and management of distributors and hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with direct sales to capture leads and close opportunities; manage surgeon accounts.
• Provide field support to distributors and hospital accounts for product approvals.
• Deliver clinical information to clinicians and the clinical support team.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and customers to execute plans.
