Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving adoption of new technologies in healthcare.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to cover regional needs.
• Proven track record in commercialization and sales growth in diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team across the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Foster partnerships with interventional pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• Drive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed quotas.
• Forecast regional performance, manage budgets, and execute go-to-market plans.
• Provide coaching, direct leadership, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Represent Biodesix at meetings, conferences, and events to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to respond to competitive activity and opportunities.
