Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to serve as a Microsoft Security Architect and engagement leader. You will own end‑to‑end solution architecture across Purview and related Microsoft platforms, guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams and shaping governance models to meet regulatory needs.

You will translate business and regulatory requirements into integrated architectures, drive cross‑platform design decisions, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Privacy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 6+ years in cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, or related tech consulting, with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated architecting of integrated Microsoft solutions across security, compliance, identity, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery through architecture and delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Entra, and related Microsoft platforms.
• Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security architectures and governance models.
• Develop integrated security, data governance, privacy, and AI governance strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead architecture reviews, roadmaps, and transformation programs with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor junior resources and provide architecture direction and deliverable reviews.
• Support business development, proposals, and client presentations.
