Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to act as a Microsoft Security Architect and engagement lead. You will connect Purview with the wider Microsoft platform and third-party tools to design secure, compliant solutions for diverse clients.

The role requires guiding engagements, shaping architectures, and mentoring peers while delivering measurable business outcomes and risk-aware governance across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, or related consulting experience.
• Experience architecting integrated Microsoft solutions across security, compliance, data, and analytics.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview and related capabilities (Information Protection, DLP, etc.).
• Ability to lead requirements, design, and delivery for enterprise Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Microsoft Purview and cloud security services.
• Incorporate Purview into broader security architectures and governance frameworks.
• Develop strategies for privacy, data governance, and AI governance aligned with objectives.
• Manage engagement scope, budgets, risks, and client communications.
• Provide direction and coaching to junior resources and build client relationships.
