Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Microsoft security architecture engagements for clients across industries. You will own end-to-end architectures, guide cross-functional teams, and translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps.

You will work with Purview, Defender, Entra, and related Microsoft technologies, coach junior staff, drive client relationships, and contribute to business development while ensuring delivery quality and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
6+ years in cybersecurity, data protection, or related tech consulting with leadership experience.
Proven experience architecting integrated Microsoft solutions across multiple security and data capabilities.
Hands-on Purview experience across Information Protection, DLP, Data Map, Data Catalog, and related areas.

Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery through implementation and benefits realization.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Intune, Sentinel, Entra, Azure security services, M365, Fabric, and related platforms.
Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security architectures and data governance.
Develop integrated security, data governance, privacy, and AI governance strategies.
Lead architecture reviews, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and transformation programs.
Facilitate executive workshops with security, privacy, legal, and business stakeholders.
