Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to act as a Microsoft Security Architect and engagement leader. You will own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Entra, and related cloud services, aligning security with business and regulatory needs.

You will manage multidisciplinary delivery teams, oversee budgets, and contribute to business development while translating requirements into actionable roadmaps and governance models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, information systems, or related field.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity/identity/privacy experience.
• Experience architecting Microsoft solutions across security, compliance, data, and AI.
• Hands-on Purview experience across Information Protection and related controls.
• Experience leading teams, engagements, and client-facing work.
• Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO27001, GDPR/CCPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Entra, and Azure security services.
• Ensure Purview is integrated into broader security and data architectures.
• Develop strategies across security, data governance, privacy, and AI governance.
• Lead architecture reviews, roadmaps, and transformation programs.
• Facilitate executive workshops with security, privacy, and business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into target-state architectures and implementation plans.
• Provide architecture direction and coaching to junior resources.
