Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a National Alliance Manager - Microsoft to drive SHI's Microsoft partner strategy within the Enterprise and Global segments.

This role collaborates with Microsoft stakeholders to achieve partner goals, execute GTM initiatives, and convert partnerships into sales opportunities. As SHI's ambassador for Microsoft, you will build relationships, plan monthly/quarterly activities, manage joint campaigns, and lead co-sell enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience building partner relationships with Microsoft.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities and driving business outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI's Enterprise and Global segment.
• Lead GTM initiatives and joint campaigns with Microsoft.
• Manage pipeline, KPIs, and quarterly business reviews.
• Foster seller-to-seller relationships across teams.
• Deliver partner enablement and training to SHI sales teams.
