DL Remote in Austria is seeking a Technical Account Manager to shape long-term IT strategies for strategic customers, combining deep Microsoft infrastructure expertise with strong relationship management.

You will collaborate with the Key Account Manager on project planning, design tailored solutions, and support sales with technical offers, while enjoying flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• Excellent expertise in the area of IT infrastructure.
• Profound understanding of Microsoft technologies (cloud & on-premise).
• Several years of professional experience in project or IT management.
• A distinctly customer-oriented and communicative personality.
• Very good language skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Proactive advice and support for customers on technical matters and in shaping their IT strategies.
• Strategic development and strengthening of long-term customer relationships, as well as identifying potential for revenue growth.
• Needs analysis at customers and design of tailored IT solutions, particularly in the area of Microsoft infrastructure.
• Assumption of project responsibility from planning through control, including coordination of internal and external specialists as well as quality assurance.
• Application of in-depth technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (cloud & on-premise) as well as in other systems such as Barracuda, Cisco, or ServiceNow.
• Preparation of technical offers and active support of sales in customer presentations and workshops.
• Continuous market observation, sharing of specialist knowledge, and active participation in the implementation of complex IT infrastructure landscapes.
