Job summary

ScanSource, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Specialist within Channel Exchange to help customers understand, position, adopt, and expand Copilot solutions. You will work with sales teams and partners to drive readiness, use cases, licensing considerations, and adoption strategy.

This role requires 3–5 years in Microsoft cloud/Modern Work, strong Copilot knowledge, and relevant certifications. Hybrid work; travel up to 15%; base salary 120k–140k USD with total comp up to 175k.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with Microsoft cloud, Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Copilot.
• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Copilot, M365, and AI productivity tools.
• Microsoft certifications in Copilot/Modern Work preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical Copilot use cases.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Copilot opportunities within Channel Exchange and related Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Manage relationships with existing customers and partners to drive adoption.
• Support discovery, readiness, pilot planning, and expansion opportunities.
• Explain Copilot value, use cases, and licensing considerations to customers.
• Provide readiness, adoption, and optimization recommendations with measurable impact.
• Prepare customer-ready reports and talking points for meetings and renewals.
• Assess profitability and solution fit for Copilot opportunities.
• Stay current with Copilot offerings, SKUs, promos, and partner programs.
• Act as Copilot subject matter expert for sales enablement and discussions.
• Contribute to growing the Channel Exchange Copilot and AI productivity practice.
