Job summary
SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Presales Specialist to drive customer adoption of Copilot solutions by linking business challenges to AI-powered outcomes. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Licensing Specialists, Solution Architects, and Microsoft field teams to qualify and advance opportunities across Copilot and related workloads.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical, applied way.
- 5+ years in Microsoft sales, presales, consulting, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (365, Copilot, Power Platform).
- Ability to present to executive, business, and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to lead discovery and translate needs into Microsoft solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and advance Copilot and AI opportunities across accounts.
- Develop account strategies, pipeline growth plans, and demand-generation activities.
- Engage stakeholders to uncover objectives and translate needs into Microsoft solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive briefings to identify AI use cases.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to develop demos, pilots, and recommendations.
