Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Copilot Adoption Specialist to scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption enterprise-wide from Cranberry Township, PA. Hybrid role reporting to UX & Collaboration management, focusing on practical business use cases and scalable enablement.

The role requires 1–2 years in adoption or enablement, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting user adoption, training, or enablement at scale.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical guidance for business users.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and Copilot integration.
• Experience supporting adoption programs at scale and engaging with partners across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-evolving environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, peers, and management to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Proven track record driving customer success.

Responsibilities

• Track new Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and map them to practical business use cases.
• Support and expand the Copilot champion program across departments, including content development and feedback collection.
• Lead Center of Excellence activities, enablement sessions, office hours, and use case sharing.
• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration with Copilot.
• Develop adoption metrics, governance approaches, communications, and reporting tied to usage and value realization.
• Create standardized enablement materials, guides, and consistent user experiences.
• Drive measurable growth in Copilot usage across departments.
• Build relationships with champions and partners to sustain feedback and improvement loops.
