Job summary

Red River in the United States is seeking a Presales Engineer (Microsoft Solutions) to support our sales organization by translating Microsoft technologies into business value for customers. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, helping clients understand how Microsoft cloud, security, workplace, and AI portfolios drive modernization, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, CS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in presales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience designing, presenting, and positioning Microsoft-based solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance, Data/AI, and Copilot/Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Microsoft-focused sales opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
• Design and present Microsoft-based solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and SOWs.
