Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a National Alliance Manager - Microsoft to drive SHI's partner strategy within Enterprise and Global segments.

You will collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to execute GTM initiatives, nurture partner relationships, and convert partnerships into tangible sales opportunities. The role requires strong problem-solving, execution, and leadership capabilities, plus experience in partner or client relationship management and sales support.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with Microsoft products, licensing strategies, and competitive selling motions.
• Experience building and managing client and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of SHI’s Microsoft partner strategy within Enterprise/Global segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and SHI teams.
• Drive partner planning, campaigns, and pipeline management.
• Deliver co-sell training and enablement to sales teams.
• Participate in Microsoft summits and industry events.
