Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking a Systems Administration Technician to support Enterprise IT Operations in Jefferson City. You will administer SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Teams, and Power Platform, and collaborate with IT teams to implement governance and standards.

The role requires creating and configuring sites, promoting cross-training, and maintaining strong partner relationships. A degree in IT is preferred, with background checks and eligible work authorization in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Military training and IT experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Teams and Power Platform functional areas.
• Create and configure SharePoint and Teams sites.
• Promote knowledge and collaboration through cross-training.
• Help develop technical and security standards.
• Maintain relationships with ITSD and business partners.
• Provide outage reports with ITSD Network Operation Center.
• Monitor platform performance and enforce governance policies.
