Job summary

Baltimore City Community College is seeking a Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & Office 365 Solutions Administrator to lead our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. You will govern, secure, optimize, and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power Platform, reporting to the ITS Infrastructure Manager.

You will advance digital transformation and hybrid learning, serving as the SME for collaboration, content management, and productivity tools across the college.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Experience implementing governance, security, compliance, and user adoption strategies.
• Higher education IT experience preferred; enterprise collaboration knowledge.
• Familiarity with FERPA and accessibility standards in education.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and related services.
• Develop governance policies and ensure compliance across platforms.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with Canvas, Ellucian Banner, and other apps.
• Provide advanced Tier II/III support and user training materials.
• Lead projects for migrations, upgrades, and modernization of collaboration tools.
