Job summary

Caleres Inc. in Clayton, MO is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 services and identity access across the organization.

You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and AD, while ensuring security, governance, and user productivity. The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell and collaboration with Networking, Security, Legal, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in IT or related field.
Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.
Self-driven leader with ideas to improve security, automation, and user experience.
Champion Microsoft 365 best practices across the organization.
Ability to collaborate with Networking, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
Innovation around improving organization Microsoft 365 security posture while enabling business productivity.

Responsibilities

Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and AD services.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, CA policies, and SSPR for secure access.
Lead security, compliance initiatives using Purview, retention policies, and governance.
Administer SharePoint Online governance and backups using ShareGate and Veeam.
Use PowerShell and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with Networking, Security, Infrastructure, Legal, and Compliance teams.
