Job summary

State Technical College of Missouri is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the IT team on-site. The role supports campus applications, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and involves designing electronic forms and automated workflows to improve services.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
One to three years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience creating electronic forms and workflows.
Familiarity with SQL databases and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Business Application Administration: Configure, maintain, and support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Forms, Gravity Forms, and other institution-supported software.
SharePoint Administration: Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, lists, and collaboration tools.
Electronic Forms & Workflow Automation: Design and maintain Microsoft Forms and Gravity Forms while developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies.
Business Process Improvement: Work with departments to analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery, and user experience.
