Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a growing Microsoft cloud environment and act as a key extension of the internal Microsoft team. You will execute and support Microsoft-related operational activities, application integrations, and ongoing initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem within established architectures and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across Microsoft technologies.
Strong administration of Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Proficient with PowerShell and Power Platform administration.
Familiar with security governance, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration – support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, Copilot, Defender.
Manage user identities, groups, licensing, permissions, and access controls in Entra ID.
Support identity & access management, Conditional Access, MFA across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Execute integrations between Entra ID and third‑party apps following procedures and troubleshooting as needed.
Handle internal IT requests and drive Microsoft‑related operations to completion.
Prioritize work using a Kanban workflow with status updates.
Investigate and resolve platform issues and escalate as needed.
Monitor platform health and implement preventive improvements.
