Job summary
SC Johnson is seeking a Sr Associate Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage and advance the Microsoft 365 platform across Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and related services. You will collaborate with global teams, MSPs, and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient productivity solutions and drive service improvements.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 3+ years with enterprise-scale Microsoft 365, and legal work authorization in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 management and administration.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead improvements for Microsoft 365 platform and collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process enhancements.
- Propose and implement automation to improve efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with MSPs and vendors for issue resolution.
- Provide 3rd level operational support and off-hours coverage.
