Job summary
Insight Global is seeking an Office 365 Manager to lead and develop a team responsible for supporting and advancing the Microsoft 365 environment. You will oversee daily operations, ServiceNow ticket queues, and project coordination while handling customer escalations and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience leading or managing a technical team of 3+ employees.
- Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and cross-training team members.
- Experience managing day-to-day operations, ticket queues, and support processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing status updates to leadership.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of operational standards, process documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred).
- Technical leadership ability with willingness to remain involved in technical discussions and problem resolution.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace environments.
- Advanced Microsoft ecosystem expertise including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Experience working in a technical operations or infrastructure management environment.
- Experience leading platform upgrades, migrations, or large-scale Microsoft 365 initiatives.
- Background balancing operational management with hands-on technical responsibilities.
- Familiarity with additional programming or scripting languages such as Perl, C++, or similar technologies.
