Job summary

ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Administrator/Senior Systems Engineer to own the engineering, administration, and governance of our global Microsoft 365 environment. This role combines hands-on platform engineering with project delivery and compliance initiatives across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments at scale.
Deep expertise across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automating administration and reporting across M365 workloads.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure app registration / authentication concepts.
Practical experience with conditional access, identity governance, and M365 security and compliance controls.
Familiarity with ITSM and change-management processes (e.g., ServiceNow, CAB).
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID — including service configuration and lifecycle management.
Manage Teams calling, meeting, recording, and retention policies, including automatic call recording and Teams Premium rollouts.
Provide governance for SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive; manage permissions, external access, and storage cleanup.
Handle Exchange Online mail flow, distribution groups, and mailbox lifecycle configurations.
Maintain Entra ID app registrations, secret/certificate rotation, and conditional access policies.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for provisioning and reporting across the M365 stack.
Build and troubleshoot Graph API integrations and scope Azure app registrations for internal/partner solutions.
Operate governance and reporting tooling (SysKit Point) for workspace provisioning and adoption reporting.
