Job summary

Indiana University Health recruits an IS Engineer – Intermediary (Microsoft 365 Engineering) to support the Microsoft 365 platform across governance, security, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliability and adoption of Microsoft technologies.

The role blends daily operational support with project work, automation, and platform improvements, including DLP, information protection, retention, and Copilot readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with hypervisors and scripting required.
• Experience quoting moderately complex solutions with vendors.
• Cloud experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with governance initiatives across the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation solutions.
• Support migrations, platform upgrades, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, identity, service management, and application teams to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
