Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with hypervisors and scripting required.
• Experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions.
• Cloud experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Participate in governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and Azure workflows.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and identity teams to support Microsoft 365 adoption.
