• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, Power Apps, Viva).
• Drive updates and feature adoption across the org, coordinating testing and rollout plans.
• Partner with leaders to understand needs and recommend Microsoft-based solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
• Develop governance standards for tools, including naming conventions, permissions, and data retention.
