Job summary

BigRio, LLC is seeking a Microsoft 365 Business & Enablement Lead to bridge business teams, Product Management, and the Microsoft 365 portfolio. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, delivery-ready work, associate education, and measurable business outcomes, while coordinating with product owners, security, compliance, QA, and vendors to align with policies.

The role encompasses analysis, adoption, change management, training, governance, and roadmap activities for Teams,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product enablement, technology adoption, training, or organizational change.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholders, and translating business needs into technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business, functional, and product requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and process reviews to identify challenges and opportunities.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for delivery teams.
Develop impact assessments for security, compliance, licensing, training, and readiness impacts.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, defect triage, UAT, and release readiness.
