Job summary

SR International is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Admin and Power Platform Manager to lead governance, strategy, and lifecycle management of its Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. You will establish enterprise-wide governance standards while balancing security, compliance, and digital transformation across multiple county or client-focused environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 years of related experience and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Microsoft 365 administration, platform governance, IT program management, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and/or Power Platform.
• Experience developing enterprise platform governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Experience establishing platform governance models.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform administration.
• Experience implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and retention policies.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
• Develop and maintain enterprise governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, data protection, and retention requirements are met.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration and Power Platform governance.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Innovation, and business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Enable secure collaboration, workflow automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Prevent unmanaged platform expansion while supporting innovation and sustainable operations.
• Communicate platform strategy, risks, policies, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
