Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Microsoft 365 Service Analyst to join the Colleague Enablement & Insights team. You will support governance, adoption and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 services across the organisation, partnering with technical teams and stakeholders to drive real value for colleagues.

You will analyze usage data, craft communications and training, and help plan changes to keep staff productive and informed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and a passion for colleague technology.
• Understanding of service management, governance or continual improvement practices.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good presentation skills and able to deliver training across the business.
• Experience using data and insight to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing management and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services across Co-op.
• Analyse service, adoption and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create colleague communications, guidance and training materials for Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support planning, coordination and communication of Microsoft 365 changes and releases.
• Review roadmap updates, assess impacts and keep colleagues informed.
• Work with technical and operational teams to understand service impacts and risks.
• Support governance activities including licence management and service documentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive improvements based on insight.
