Job summary
Perform Properties is seeking a Senior Associate, Technology Enablement to architect and deliver Microsoft 365 experiences across the company. You will own SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and the Power Platform adoption, driving a usable intranet and collaboration ecosystems that align with business needs and security controls.
You will partner with Revantage North America and a small, hands-on team to design, test, and implement scalable information architecture, governance, and integrations,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Microsoft 365 beyond end-user support
- Deep SharePoint Online capability and governance
- Experience designing and implementing Teams architectures
Responsibilities
- Architect SharePoint information architecture, hub structure, templates and lifecycle
- Design Teams structure, naming, lifecycle standards across a distributed workforce
- Grow adoption of Viva Engage, Loop, OneNote, Planner, To Do, Power Platform
- Assess Copilot and AI capability and determine deployment
- Own platform governance including access, external sharing and retention
- Coordinate with Revantage North America on design and live release
- Drive changes and validate security/compliance with partner
- Document architecture decisions and post-implementation reviews
- Stay hands-on with support and equipment needs
